I already have a website. Why would I need another?

Often you don't. If yours loads quickly, works on a phone and brings you customers, we'll say so and sell you nothing. The free scan exists precisely to find that out before you spend anything.

Why do you publish your prices when almost nobody here does?

Because it's the first thing anyone wants to know, and hiding it only serves to get you on a call. We checked the 22 sites on Google's first page and fifteen publish no prices at all. We think that says more about them than about their rates.

Question 3

What if I don't like how it turns out?

Accepted Answer

You get three rounds of changes in the price, and you use them as we go, not at the end. If you'd still rather stop, we stop: the deposit isn't refunded and we invoice the work done up to that point. It's clause 9 of the contract, which you read in full before signing anything.

Question 4

What happens if I stop paying the monthly fee?

Accepted Answer

The code, the domain and the logins are yours and you take them with you: no lock-in, no ransom, they've been in your name since the project was paid for. What stops is exactly what the fee pays for — hosting, the certificate, backups, updates and support — so the site stops being served until you move it. We help you move it to your own provider at no charge. We'd rather say that than write «it keeps running», which would sound better and be false.

How much of my time will this take?

Accepted Answer

Two to four hours spread over several weeks: sending photos, answering questions, reviewing. We do the rest.

Question 6

There are two of you. What if something happens to you?

The site sits in a repository in your name, built on tools half the industry uses, and the rights are yours once it's paid for. Any developer can pick it up without calling us. That's the difference from renting a website.

Question 7

Do you only work in Granada?

Accepted Answer

We live in Granada and work across Spain, in English as well as Spanish. The only thing we do in person is the first visit, and only if you're nearby.

Question 8

Do the prices include VAT?

Accepted Answer

No. Every price on this page is before VAT, which is how quotes work for companies and sole traders in Spain. Spanish VAT of 21% is added on the invoice.
