A local business website has one job: to let someone who just found you know, within ten seconds, what you do, what it costs and how to reach you. Everything else is decoration, and decoration gets billed.
What we build, and on what
We don't use template builders. Every site is built on Next.js and served statically, which is the difference between a page appearing instantly and appearing once a shared server has finished thinking about it. That difference is measurable, and we measure it in front of you: this very page is measuring itself in your browser as you read.
The content lives in a database that belongs to you, not to us. Bookings and messages come in through your domain and land on your phone, with no platform in between taking a cut of every appointment.
What you keep when we're done
Once the final invoice is paid, the code and the design become yours exclusively, worldwide, for the full term the law allows. It's written into the contract, which you read before signing rather than after.
This is not the norm. There are website rental plans from €99.9 a month where the provider keeps the site: the day you leave, you leave with nothing. If you're comparing quotes, it's the question worth asking all of them.
Why we publish the price
We went through the twenty-two sites on Google's first page for «diseño web Granada». Fifteen publish no rates at all. Five aren't even local: they buy the keyword from Madrid, Valdemoro or Ibiza.
Publishing ours costs nothing and answers the first thing anyone wants to know. If the number doesn't work for you, you've saved a meeting; if it does, we start with what matters.

- How long does it take?
- Two to five weeks depending on the package, and the timeline is in the table above. What stretches it isn't us: it's the copy and the photos. If you have them, it moves fast; if not, we write them for €90 a page.
- Can I change things myself afterwards?
- Yes. Copy, photos, prices and listings are edited from a panel, without touching code. What we do ask is that structural changes go through us in the first year, because those are the ones that break things quietly.
- I already have a site. Is rebuilding worth it?
- It depends on what's wrong with it, and that gets measured before deciding. The Scan is free and within 48 hours tells you what it takes to load, what breaks on a phone, and the three things costing you the most customers. If it turns out your site is fine, we say so and sell you nothing.
- Is VAT included?
- No. Every price on this site excludes VAT. At 21 %, an €890 site invoices at €1,076.90.
